After doing a worldwind of press for his show ( Roble and Co )Roble Ali talks to me at last. A friend of the blog, and a fellow blogger here on Tumblr, I am happy to get Roble to answer some questions about his new reality show on Bravo and life.

Roblé and Co premiers on Dec 4th how did this reality show come about ?
I had the idea for the show in my head for a year. My talent agency Maxx Talent took me ober to Redline Productions.  I told them my idea.  A few months later I had a television deal with Bravo. It happened incredibly fast.

How was it like having cameras follow you around?
It’s very challenging.  Catering events is stressful enough without having to be slowed down by cameras all of the time but it is all worth it and I am very thankful. 

You live in New York, its your home, its where the show is based, what do you love about New York and how is the food scene there  ?
 I’m very lucky to be a professional chef in NYC. It’s the culinary capitol of the world.  I’ve been able to work with and for some really amazing people. The food scene in NYC is very diverse and ever changing.
